How often do I have to renew my organization's registration?
Organizations are required to renew their registration every 2 years. Data Bank administrators are notified by email 60, 30, and 5 days prior to their registration renewal date. Some organizations (hospitals, state licensing board, and health centers) will complete attestation along with their renewal.
