Why can't I use online identity verification?
You may not be able to use online verification for the following reasons:
- You did not enter a SSN on your form
- You have a limited credit history
- You are the victim of identity theft
- You have a security freeze on your credit
- The address you entered on your form is outside of the U.S.
If you cannot use online verification, you must notarize your Self-Query and upload it by signing in to your Self-Query order.
