When do I attest?
As part of the registration renewal process, every two years, organizations renew their registration and complete attestation. Different groups of organizations will complete their attestations at different times during the two-year period, on the renewal anniversary date for their registration.
The NPDB will send a 60-day reminder email to the Data Bank administrator prior to the organization's NPDB registration renewal/attestation due date. If your organization has not received notification, then your renewal/attestation is not currently due.
To find out the renewal date for your entity, sign into the NPDB and it will appear on the Entity Registration Confirmation page.
Note: Your organization must be registered for at least two years before you will need to attest.
