Retrieving Historical Query Summaries

When an eligible entity initially submits a query, the results are available for 45 days and can be saved either electronically or in hard copy. There may be times, however, when an eligible entity needs to verify or search for specific organizations or individuals on which the entity previously queried. Eligible entities also may want to verify their querying activity within a certain time period. Historical query summaries are available and provide the history of when an eligible entity queried the NPDB. The historical query summaries do not include the query results.
